1. During the festive season we like to switch out the sugar-cookie recipe for our favourite gingerbread recipe.
2. Roll out your fondant to the desired thickness (3mm or thicker). If it’s too thin, your stamp may not make a good impression.
3. Next, lightly dust your stamp or the top of the fondant with cornstarch or powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
4. Then, press the stamp firmly into the fondant.
5. Cut with the appropriate cookie cutter
